EWOT - Exercise With Oxygen Training - increases Oxygen to the Lungs, Blood, Body, and Brain, cleansing and boosting your body's overall functioning and performance. This is part of the Superhuman protocol - helping you to feel your peak!
Sessions are 10-15 minutes long and can be experienced in a variety of ways, including paired with a bike or cross trainer, standing on a vibration platform, or even while seated in a Pop-up Sauna. Each session delivers the results of a 45+minute intense cardio workout, exponentially increasing athletic performance, lung and brain function, energy, and mental clarity.
