What is Red Light Therapy?
Our unique Red Light Therapy Bed combines RLT with PEMF and therapeutic Sound Vibrations for a deeply healing and restorative experience. Red Light Therapy (RLT) also known as photobiomodulation uses low-level red or near-infrared light to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. During a session, a client will lay on a massage table behind a privacy curtain with Red Light Therapy panels overhead, PEMF & Sound Frequency pads underneath for 8-20 minutes.

Sessions are between 8-20 Minutes, depending on your needs.
Do I need to undress?
Your Red Light Therapy Bed Session is completely private, so iif you prefer to lay in your underwear or go commando, t's up to you. The more skin exposure the better, but please do whatever you feel most comfortable with.
How often should I use the Red Light Therapy Bed?
Frequency of use depends on your individual health status and goals. Healthy adults can safely use these modalities 1-2x daily for 8-20 minutes per session, however 2-3 sessions per week will also yeild beneficial results.

Do I need to protect my eyes?
Red Light Therapy is generally safe for eye exposure. Most clients will lay on the bed with their eyes closed. However if you have sensitive eyes or prefer to keep your eyes covered during your session we offer blackout goggles for your comfort. As always, please listen to your body and personal needs.
